All employees are trained in our ethics guidelines, and strong emphasis is placed on the importance of that training, and our principled commitment to our customers and community.
UAC has established a hot line to enable employees and others to report suspected violations of the law or company policy. All calls and reports of improper or illegal activity will be held in the strictest confidence. Persons reporting such activity need not identify themselves.
